Upcoming Federation Membership meetings:

Please join us for our next Membership Meeting on Thursday, January 22, on Zoom beginning at 7:00 pm. Please contact board@fairfaxfederation.org for the zoom details.

We will have two presentations. First, I will discuss recent events, the state of the Federation, and where we go from here. I’ll also offer a preview of a revision to our Bylaws that’s been in the works for several months.

We will also provide an overview of the County’s and FCPS’s budget processes, as well as a description of how the Federation develops a resolution to convey our viewpoints. Insight into the budget is key to understanding how the County prioritizes its programs and services to arrive at a bottom-line tax rate.

We will conclude with a brief business meeting. We hope to see you there.
